“I wrote another review after our purchase of our home and I'm not sure where it's gone, but HAVE to write another as my experience with Hayden Homes is recent/current. I gave and will continue to give a full FIVE star review! I am confused because we vetted Hayden prior to purchase and the reviews were all great.I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Hayden Homes! They are professional from start to finish. While we aren't yet to our one year warranty mark, the buying process with Issac was amazing. Such a kind and professional man! And I write this from the bottom of my heart as we had our own issues that came up from our end...buyers not qualifying for our home or contingent offers made and buyers couldn't sell their home. Oh and the interest rates shot up, changing the market. That part was a nightmare but through it all-even me breaking my leg-Hayden people were patient and gracious always. We love our home. While we're not yet to the one year warranty mark, the communication with first John and now Korey has been first rate! They listen, they are prompt and they are really problem solvers. So far Hayden, with the faces of John and Korey have stood by their word. This is our third new home and by far the BEST experience we've ever had. There will always be some small glitches with any new home unless you are the contractor and it's YOUR home. Ours have been small, the house is well built and solid. We're home. I will update at the one year mark, to prove this continues and that whatever issues that Hayden may have had in the past (according to the other published reviews here) have completely been resolved.“
