I agree with another reviewer who experienced the person answering the phone as being rude, but this was the least of my problems encountered. GTI sent an employee to my property last season who consistently did a rather poor job of cleaning and adjusting sprinkler heads. I eventually requested twice that the man not be sent to maintenance my system. The same employee was sent at the end of the season to blow out my irrigation lines. He hooked up the air compressor and proceeded to blow off the feed line which sank to the bottom of the pond. He returned the following day to retrieve the line and he and a fellow employee punctured holes in my pond liner. GTI replaced the...read full review

Absolutely horrible! Unprofessional, you can never reach anyone to talk to and their drivers are erratic as well as speeding over 85mph in a 65mph zone. I don’t want these people doing anything for me ever! Contact Springtime instead, at least you can reach someone and they are all very friendly and professional
