The last 3 times I have visited to get my hair cut it's been amazing, don't remember her name but she has blond hair.and she is on the left side of the front door! Thank you so much and hopefully i can get her again!

I've had difficulty multiple times getting my service done timely. New rules dictate that you sign up online and are given a number of minutes before they will be ready for you, but I am finding if you time your arrival based on that initial wait time when your name comes up they will remove your name from the list after half an hour. Because I come from a half hour away, it is useless to have them text me because I may be driving or if it's earlier than estimated I can't make it there before they take my name off the list. This long term customer has had enough!
