We where with a accounting service for 15 years that was purchased by capstone, almost immediately after, the personal service went south, and the monthly charges went up, up and up...the final 2 months of payroll services ended up costing over $10 a DAY...for a company with 1 full time employee plus my wife and myself.

They told us 1 price and we paid then 3 months later wanted more money…. They were also late filing and we gave them our taxes beginning of February so we had to pay that fee. Also multiple different people called us and told us different things. Also They raised their price by $300 from last year. Don’t go there!!!

Automatic extension on all business accounts. $150.00. We told them we do not file extensions. We weren’t told that’s what they do with everyone’s business taxes. I’m sorry, we have been going to tax accounts for over 45 years and they were always done on time, it’s the law. I did not get my taxes returns until May 25th. If you can’t finish someone’s taxes by April 15th, then tell your customers so they can choose to go somewhere else.
