We are repeat customers and had carpet installed recently. They have the best prices around and the installers are great. There was a mixup with our carpet from the manufacturer but owner Frank was honest, owned it (even though it really wasn't his fault), and made it right.

5/5 stars for Frank & team with Big Foot Floors and for installer Brian & team with Full Draw Construction who replaced our flooring with a great new laminate plank. We got several local bids and Big Foot beat them all handily without compromise. Everyone was friendly, timely, trustworthy and had a real attention to detail - no corners were cut with this install. We will be doing business with them again. I recommend them without reservation!

Frank was wonderful to work with! He was able to measure within 2 days of me calling and got our carpet done quickly. It is a rental property so the condition of the old carpet was gross. He went above and beyond.
