While things take time and good communication is key, I think big country does the best job around. I’ve had multiple experiences with the parts department and a recent big repair. Overall I’m happy with the work and communication, even though it did take longer than expected. Their parts department is also top notch and responsive. Thank you BCRV!

I was dumping my tanks from a previous trip when I couldn't get the black water valve to completely close. I had another 3 week trip already booked in a week. Only one week to get it fixed!
Frantically, I called mobile RV techs..no one would work on black water tanks. Other repair shops were weeks out.

I came in with a possible warranty issue, unfortunately it wasn't. It was the first place I bought my trailer.They had failed to hook up the power lead to the trailer battery.Jared, with Big Country RV service, went above and beyond to help diagnose the problem with my truck.After finding the power lead, being taped up to a harness, he put in a fuse and hooked it to the power block and like magic the trailer plug had power.This team was extremely helpful, I would definitely go back to them again.
