I came in with a possible warranty issue, unfortunately it wasn't. It was the first place I bought my trailer.They had failed to hook up the power lead to the trailer battery.Jared, with Big Country RV service, went above and beyond to help diagnose the problem with my truck.After finding the power lead, being taped up to a harness, he put in a fuse and hooked it to the power block and like magic the trailer plug had power.This team was extremely helpful, I would definitely go back to them again.

Everyone there was so nice! They were all very helpful. Jay stayed late to show us campers. We had the best experience finding our dream camper. They walked us thru the trailer and explained everything thoroughly. We could not have asked for any better! So many thumbs up to everyone working there! Not enough stars on here for us to click. We will definitely go there again. And recommend highly to anyone looking for an RV. Thank you to all of you from the Bruners.

Was not impressed with quilty of service. One thing said on the phone but different when I was there. I guess if you didn't buy from them, your not important. I say this because 3 different employee's asked if I purchased my RV from them before u was passed on to someone else.
