We had a water softener installed in our home and the process went great. The gentlemen that came to our house were very kind and respectful. We'll use Team Thompson Plumbing again in the future for any other plumbing related projects.
Had the Team Thompson Plumbing group come do a bathtub install and mixer valve rough in. Not only was the team very responsive and professional but they also were reasonable prices and did an incredible job.
Definitely would recommend using them for any projects. Their responsiveness, showing up on time, and not price gouging was incredible. Will definitely be calling them first for all future projects.
Thompson Plumbing responded to a broken and leaking water line in freezing weather in a timely and cost effective manner. Other plumbers wouldn’t make it for days but they made it a priority to get it fixed to limit damage. I will definitely use their services in the uture.
