I get the idea of this little dog wash venture but it could be a much better thought out environment. Honestly, I won't go in it again. It's a sauna and not accessible. Just awkward. I now go to Wilco, wash my dog in a handicapped accessible, cooled, heated environment for $12.99 unlimited water that I control the temperature of and no time limit. Plus they supply towels, grooming tools, and two wash stations. One high off the ground and one low on the ground for older or large dogs. Free variaty of shampoo and conditioner, plus, your dog gets a treat when you pay at the register.

We were in town, from out of state, for an event. It was really convenient, for giving a muddy dog a bath, but I have to agree with a couple other reviews. The entrance is WAY To HIGH, off of the ground. I have physical limitations, and had recently had surgery, on a leg. If my boyfriend wasn’t with me to help me, I wouldn’t have been able to get up in it, without crawling. I still wouldn’t have been able to get off the floor, if I crawled. It should be extremely obvious, to anyone that installed it, that it didn’t have easy access!!
As for the rest, I feel $10 for 12 minutes is ridiculous! I get it, everything cost... read full review

So easy with 2 large dogs but not enough time to clean… part of clean time should be free… there was SO much hair on the walls and tub and under mat but I did a good job flushing the last of it as the nozzle turned off… I would be interested in looking into buying a set up like yours and how you supply the water… vac and blower energy… it’s a wonderful set up
