Prompt response and effective repair of our frig that stopped cooling. Craig ordered the parts after running diagnostics while at our house and called to make the repair appointment once he got a delivery date for the parts. Can't ask for better or friendlier service.

Craig is always so helpful, honest and does an amazing job!!! He even vacuums all the dust bunnies that have accumulated behind the appliances!! I will always call Kirby’s Appliance Service for all my appliance repairs!!!
