Mike answered my phone call at 7:15 in the morning on a random Wednesday morning, was out at the house to give a quote by 9:00am on the same day. 2 weeks later I am writing my review for Curtis Heating in my much warmer and more comfortable living room with my Mini Split system install. Mike was very responsive in communication, and kept my informed of any updates in the process the entire duration of the job.
