Overall great to deal with and they came out to Bend no problem. Benny priced the job fairly and competitively to others, and Carroll really went above and beyond on our install: staying late to make sure the job got done right, answering questions quickly and fixing a thermostat issue that wasn’t Vice’s fault even months after the job was done, and all with a great attitude. Highly recommend asking for these guys specifically. Knowledgeable and honest, and not sales-y which was a refreshing change.
This was a warranty job on a recent install. My furnace quit heating and Michael S ( not sure of his last name ) fixed the problems . Low freon gas pressure and emergency heat wasn't programmed right. He was knowledgeable and excellent to deal with plus they responded quickly and courteously. Very satisfied.
