We recently had several handyman projects needing done; the estimate provided fully explained costs and what might affect any change to the estimate. They told us when they were coming and were on time every time. Their workmanship is meticulous; every detail is precise and well thought out. They carefully considered if something could be fixed properly or needed replacing to do the job properly. We have used Blaine Noland Construction many times over several years and have always been completely satisfied with their work.
I had Blaine and his crew do a remodel of my garage. They were knowledgeable , respectful, and hard workers. I am so happy with my new space. If you need a remodel or painting job I 100% recommend.
