It’s a 1940s house. Old concrete slab that had carpet on it for almost 20 years.
Alan really is your concrete guy, he came, gave us good advice on what to do and a fair quote and took care of everything. Removing the carpet sanding and patching and the paint itself with a really beautiful result.
He is pretty much a one man shop and works very methodically and quietly. We barely felt his presence and a week later had a beautiful floor. Highly recommend.
