My many experiences in receiving Adrienne’s cranial sacral have been profound and yet so different each time, and exactly what I needed for that moment in my life. It is amazing how something that is seemingly subtle as craniosacral massage can have such a profound effect on the body, mind, and spirit. My recent session with Adrienne was a testament to this. It is very apparent that she possesses powerful intuition and skill in moving energy within the body towards a state of wellbeing. 1hr massage with Katie was transformative! She provided such a wonderful healing space, it felt intuitive and intentional. The way she used both the hot stones and cupping was amazing. It’s hard to describe clearly but I can say I will absolutely be going back as often as I can!
