Rachel Smith with Works Real Estate was incredible. We stumbled upon them by happy accident when Zillow gave us a blind referral on a house we thought we liked. Rachel called us back SO FAST and they had multiple appointments scheduled for us the very same day. Within two days, we were writing our first offer and two days later we had an accepted offer WELL below asking price thanks to Rachel's incredible negotiation skills. The entire process was seamless and so easy, a complete 180 from any other home-buying or selling experience I've had in the past. They were communicative and responsive every step of the way and recommended incredible professionals for every part of the process from home inspection to mortgage lenders. We were impressed with their entire network! By the end, Rachel felt like family and we will never work with anyone else again. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We got our keys today!!! Corey Groshong is truly one of a kind. Words cannot fully express how grateful my family and I are for everything he has done for us throughout our home-buying journey.
Having worked with numerous real estate agents across California on several investment properties, I can honestly say that Corey stands apart. His integrity, dedication, professionalism, and genuine commitment to his clients are unlike anything I have experienced before. He consistently went above and beyond, never treating us as just another transaction, but as people whose goals and dreams truly mattered to him.
Our story with Corey began when my son was a freshman at the University… read full review

I just bought my first condo in Portland with Kevin Beever! He was great to work with from beginning to end. He was super warm and personable and he did an awesome job at explaining the home buying process and was super responsive when I had questions (and I had a lot of questions)
