Got some burnt out lights replaced. Quick service and everyone was very friendly! Will come back for my next regular maintenance service.
Update: Went back for an oil change. Everything was great! Jacob was very helpful!

In short: I brought my car in due to a crappy situation and mishap with repairs at another shop…yet walked away glowing with how great of an experience it was at Dick Hannah’s. I’ve been skeptical of dealerships my whole life (with verifiably good reason), which made this experience all the more baffling. Huge thanks to Mekonnen and technician Tyler - I’m genuinely impressed with your knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help your customers.

Also, I really like the video of the inside of car detailing what was found.
