I've been a client at Vida Wellness for almost 3yrs. now, as I have been thoroughly impressed by the level of love & care they put into their sessions w/me.As a practitioner of martial arts (MMA/BJJ), yoga & kettlebells my body benefits greatly from the services that Gloria & the Vida team offer; massage, cupping, etc.They keep me on the mat, and more importantly, connected to my highest self. I'm a client for life. GRATEFUL <3

Just finished my session with JT and it was just what I needed to feel grounded and relaxed after a grueling business trip.At first meeting, I noticed his friendly, calm demeanor. This later translated over the session. JT exudes calmness and patience. I didn't feel rushed at all despite how late it was. Very honest character.Highly recommend!

I have gone to Vida a couple of times now. Both times, Gloria has really listened to my pain points and worked them out like the perfect Earth angel she is!I had never tried Ashiatsu massage before, and now I don't think I'll go back!! Not painful at all. Pressure can be adjusted. Can't wait to get back in for another massage!
