I used Shigeyo for my 2018 taxes, and while being a nice lady, she is completely incompetent. My taxes were horribly botched. I am having to hire a CPA to redo the entire 2018 year. I could go into detail on the many errors she made on my taxes but I'll given just one example. She assumed I made an estimated payment for 2018 when she did not tell me to make one, nor did she have any proof that I did make one. But of course that one error cost me over $500 in penalties and fees on both my state and federal returns. She admitted the error, but would not pay for the bulk of penalties and fees.
