The Timberland location is convenient and parking is a breeze. The space is clean and staff are all very friendly. Probably not much you can do about it but cell service is horrible right there and I can never get the electronic key to work. I like the concept but it's never worked for me. Anneke is THE BEST and we always have a good time catching up during the service. She is thorough, professional, and always makes me feel so at ease the whole time. She has a gentle touch and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy at the end of the session. I will always recommend the salon and Anneke when I get the opportunity.
Lindsey was professional and confident during the session, which helped reduce stress. We engaged in pleasant conversation, but also not a over talker she allowed time for quiet. I'm a very hairy dude and she worked hard to complete the full body waxx in the time scheduled. Going back every 4 weeks for maintance all summer.
