Urban Waxx Division is a face and full body waxing salon located in Portland's Southeast neighborhood. They offer a variety of services, including Brazilians, brows, underarms, and legs. One standout employee is Stormi, who is extremely efficient, aware and nice. Mallory is another excellent professional, known for being funny and having excellent technique. The team is also praised for their customer service and for creating the perfect formula for services like brow tinting. The spa is great, and guests can even get a mimosa before their wax.
I had a wonderful experience! Briana tinted and waxed my eyebrows and did an amazing job. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain the process. She was professional, friendly, and meticulous in her work. My brows look fantastic—natural, well-shaped, and exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be returning
I love getting waxed there. My experience was odd due to the fact that there was a last minute change due to absence. I was given an appointment for my original time plus was scheduled for a bikini wax the next day, which was weird. I had to ask for the door code 3 times - it showed up 45 minutes after the start (and after the end) of my appointment.
Waxing service - great!
Rescheduling folks - what the what?
Urban Waxx is so accommodating, I was too late to my appointment at the NW location, but they were able to schedule me in at the Division location within the same hour! And let me tell you, my Esthetician, Esther, was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, and was so quick and efficient. I will always recommend this place.
