I really enjoy my waxer Malory! She is so kind and informative, always willing to introduce and educate me about helpful things along my waxing journey! Plus she kills it on my brow wax and tint highly recommend!

Staff noted me in the parking lot and sent a text to start the check-in process early. I was in and out before my scheduled appointment time! Every aesthetician I have ever met at Urban Waax had been professional, calm, kind and made me comfortable. This time, the aesthetician was careful to check in to make sure my expectations were understood before the process, and met afterward.
