Jeff and his crew are excellent! I think he has the most Certified Arborists of any of the tree companies. Jeff answered my questions during the bid process and he gave me good and honest information about my trees. The crew that pruned six of my trees did a fantastic job! I will hire them again :)
Every person I talked to with Urban Forest Pro was clear and personable. I'm very happy with their process, professionality, and the results of the pruning. I wanted to keep some of the cuttings and chips for the garden, and they made sure what was left was good for that. Ended up not leaving the chips because there was Tree of Heaven in the bin from some earlier work, I'm really glad they noticed and kept those chips off my property! This company is resonably priced and has a discount for certian payment methods.
We had a great experience with our sidewalk project. Our sidewalk was a tripping hazard, getting pushed up by a mature ash tree. Urban Forest Pros removed the old concrete, assed the roots, did not cut any to preserve the health of the tree, and re-paved the sidewalk with a cut out and strategic seams to make room for future growth. Everyone we worked with were professional and communicative, and they took extra care to preserve my front garden. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbors!
