Shali was super quick to respond and help me with my questions. Right after I hung up with her I got the email I’ve been waiting for to start my move in process.
Amazing customer service!

Updates: The management team is very responsible. Shali helped me schedule a same-day work item to fix my fridge. Very efficient. Deeply appreciated.
