Love this shop! Arjay is such a fun, cool and very talented artist. His color work is phenomenal!!! I would recommend him to my best friend, or my worst enemy. I feel like the world would come to understand peace, love & happiness if everyone had an Arjay Frances tattoo. Literally the coolest guy I have ever met in my entire life!

You’ll be greeted at the door, there’s snacks on deck and the shop is absolutely stunning. They provide a safe, attentive and fun space to get tattooed in. The vibe at upper moon is just.. right! If you’re looking for tattoo shop in Portland this is the one. There’s also a handful of yummy restaurants within a couple blocks to try after you’re done ❤️
Genuinely can’t praise this place enough,arjay was a machine when it came too my tattoo,the atmosphere of the place was very lose and friendly.and all for a respectable price.this experience couldn’t have been any better
