I wasn’t super happy with my experience here. I went to get gel nail polish removed and they were pretty heavy handed and didn’t have some of the electric tools I’m used to for removal. Instead they just manually scrape it off after acetone. They also didn’t do anything to make me comfortable like offer water or turn on the massage chair I was sitting in. It wasnt awful but if I lived here I’d try one of the other like 4 nail salons just down the road before going back here. Price was OK—paid $18 for removal on both hands and feet (did not include any shaping or cutting of nails after).

I've been coming to Top Ten Nails for the last five years and I've always been happy with the service and look of my nails. Now that I've moved, I make the trip across town just to get my nails done here. So worth it!

I have been going to Top Ten Nails for about 10-15 years growing up in Portland. My mom would always take me while she got her nails done and I would love to sit and watch her or get my nails painted a bright color as a kid. I have watched this nail salon go through a big remodel, new staff, and fight through COVID and they're always getting better. I have nothing but glowing reviews for the service and the people involved in Top Ten Nails. If you're looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and pleasant experience at a salon look no further.
