I would recommend Lynn the nail tech there. He is awesome. Very very polite and energetic has always treated me very well. I have been going to Lynn at top nails for at least 15 years. She is concerned about her client and she tries to do her best to fit them in or if they have a nail break he is there for them. Think I think. Lynn, her excellent service. I would recommend Lynn come see at top nails
Since I been In Portland I haven’t been to a place better to get my nails done they’re long lasting. Michael hooked me up. He shaped my nails so amazing. He worked with me to get it done. He’s freaking awesome. His daughter‘s designs are top notch and she comes off the head. She makes a classy and sexy and fun. It’s a vibe to be in that nail shop. This is probably the best nail shop in Portland if you ask me. Their timing was amazing And their pricing was even better. I love it here.
