We have had such a positive experience here! My daughter had her glasses eaten by a dog and they were completely ruined. Thankfully when I called to ask about a new pair, the office staff told me the glasses were under warranty and the staff made it so easy to bring them in and replace them at no cost to us! INCREDIBLE!
I have had the best experiences with Dr. Freedle personally and the office staff broadly. All are professional and pleasant. Dr. Freedle is particularly gifted in his professional assessment; I have an unusual condition that has resulted in repeated referrals to specialists that have found nothing. Dr. Freedle took the information I gave to every previous optometrist for the last decade, looked at my eyes, and explained why the specialists were never going to find anything (while noting why others might find it concerning). I will not entrust anyone else with my eye care.
