I have been going to The Wellness Center for at least 4 years. When I first started, I was using a walker to walk. I have Chronic low back pain and a torn meniscus in each knee. I receive chiropractic care, a 1-hour massage, and Ladicane injections. Along with doing my Physical Therapy. I am not able to walk at least 2 blocks without my walker or cane. Every Dr with the company cares so much about you. They are always coming up with ideas of how to help you heal. I highly recommend that you check them out.

I absolutely ADORE the team at TWC. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Tara at the front desk until you leave, you will feel like you will truly be listened to and taken care of. I started coming to them at 30 weeks pregnant to ease my back pain from my very heavy belly, with chiropractic. My midwives suggested I try acupuncture as well to ease my anxiety surrounding birth as I was trying for a VBAC after having a very stressful cesarean first birth, 9 years ago. I was nervous because I had just newly moved to Oregon and had gotten on the Oregon Health Plan because my job did not give me enough hours to be covered under their insurance. It turned out the TWC took OHP! Not only did they develop an ongoing plan to ease my back pain and stress levels, they also discussed postpartum care for after I had baby. I was so use to being a fit & athletic person (before this pregnancy) that it felt really vulnerable for me to be going somewhere to ask for help with my physical health. The team NEVER once made me feel like I was a burden or awkward in my current state. I ended up going 2x week for both chiropractic & acupuncture up until 39 weeks with Dr. Adam, Dr.Gabriel, Jared, Dr.Andrew & Vanessa. At 37 weeks I got the go ahead for the acupuncturist (Meghan & Jessica) to start using labor inducing points to hopefully not go "overdue" this time as I did with my 1st, who ended in a cesarean birth at 42 +1 day. On the early afternoon of March 31st, I had an adjustment and then acupuncture with Meghan. Later that evening I slowly but surely went into natural labor at home and had our little guy 24hrs later with a successful VBAC!! I have no doubt that the care they provided to me helped in accomplishing my dream birth and helped ease so much pain & stress to make the pregnancy a thousand % better. Since having my baby in April, I have BROKEN my foot. 😂 Let me tell ya, a broken foot on top of having a newborn is not an ideal combo. Just when I started to feel better and do some exercises they recommended, I broke it. I've been back a few times since being postpartum and breaking my foot and they have taken such good care of me. Dr. Adam has lazered my foot to help promote healing and I've received soft tissue care from Jared, chiropractic from Dr.Adam and Vanessa. I can't wait to start back up with acupuncture next week and to continue my postpartum care. Thank you TWC for everything. Seriously this journey has been rough but you've facilitated making it bearable. I also want to commend them for never asking me for a review. I find that super refreshing and tactful from a business. Another reason to come see this crew!!

Dr Kathy is amazing! She is an artist with her needle work! I have terrible syatica pain due to a herniated disk and the best thing for it is getting lanacane shots. She is the best at giving them!
