Today I went for my labwork and it was a fantastic experience. From the greeting at the front door, the reception, but especially the phlebotomist who drew my blood. I have had this person before and unfortunately didn't get his name. It is hard to pronounce but he is fabulous! He was the only person working today so I hope he gets this feedback. I barely felt the needle and he was done. He said he would do 50 draws today. Those who had him today, like myself are the lucky ones! Thank you, Portland Clinic for hiring people who care in these specific areas of the clinic!
Great staff that is invested in your health. Dr. Ethan Fram (urology) and Dr. Thomas S. Dudrey (Primary Care), the best I’ve ever had. They take time to know you, get acquainted with your health record, and provide careful guidance. I always feel well taken care of.
I switched to this clinic (downtown ) 2 years ago after my previous doctor retired, and I’m very happy with it. The facility is nice, check-in is friendly and quick, and Dr Dudrey and the nursing staff are excellent. Communication via MyChart is also excellent, quick responses.
