This is the only facility I trust with my dogs. Their attention to detail, transparency in care, and wonderful grounds all make me feel comfortable with dropping my dogs off. I really wanted to find a facility where dogs would be less stressed (daycare environments are hard on them) overall, and I found it. I have a 140 lb Great Dane and 20 lb Frenchie and they returned to me in perfect condition and health after their recent stay. Thank you, Charlton Kennels!
My dog can be sassy, especially when he gets pet. He’s a 120lb super fit Rottweiler so sassy can be bad. The staff at this kennel respected his boundaries and he did great with them.
On top of that, my boy got sick during the stay. I lost my phone during my trip but they still got a hold of me and let me know what was up. They took care of him and fixed the problem AND communicated with me despite me making that difficult.
1000% recommend this kennel. I had to use them as a backup in an emergency but they’re now going to be my first choice.
This place is amazing. I would never take a dog anywhere else. Booking is super easy. Changing a booking is super easy. The prices are very reasonable. Every dog gets its own run. Betsy (the owner) is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Charlton Kennels is simply the best!
