TeamLogic was extremely helpful when I ran into issues gaining access to certain email groups and troubleshooting issues I was having on my computer when I started my new job. I had a terrific experience with Gabriel Martin at Team Logic today. He was extremely patient as we worked through several setbacks until we identified and resolved my issue. He was very knowledgeable and understood why I was having a problem quickly. He waited on hold for a long while as I hunted down the information we needed to fix my connection issue. When I didn't quite understand what I needed to do he explained it a couple of different ways until I understood and could fulfill his request. And most importantly, an issue I had bee struggling with for over a month is now resolved. Thank you Gabriel!
