Jeff P. is wonderful. This is my first tattoo, I chose him because he did one of my sons tattoos and it was very clean. I contacted him with what I wished. After showing up for the appointment he listened to what I wanted and made very insightful suggestions. We agreed upon the location and size. He made the experience want me to have him do another one in the near future.

Hands down one of the best places to get tattooed in Portland without feeling awkward or intimidating. Everyone here is really nice and funny (which maybe that’s why it’s called Smile.) *ba dam ts* 🥁

I’ve come here 4 times, and 3 of those visits I had work done by Annelise Kinney. Honestly if I could I would get all my tattoos done by her. She is super talented and puts a lot of care and detail into her work. Seriously, her art style is *chefs kiss* 🤌. She is so cool and kind and sweet as pie. If you have the opportunity to get tatted by her, DO IT! Don’t let your dreams be dreams.
