Time with Tamra was exactly what I hoped for and exactly what I needed. I've been trying to work on my body (pain) on my own but I really needed what Tamra was able to give me, a knowledgeable eye, body work to release pain and stuckness, and help in understanding/planning the next steps for me to help work toward better mobility. I feel such relief and I can't wait to meet again!
