A true Barber shop is hard to find in Portland... Tabor Barber shop it is everything you want in a barbershop, they sell haircuts and they do a great job at it!I don't leave reviews often. If I do, I don't give five stars because I think five stars is luxury and over the top, but even though this place is not luxury it deserves all the stars.I tried a few different ones over the 5 years I've been in Portland and this is a solid option for a great haircut. Relaxed, classical barbershop atmosphere. Approachable and friendly staff who are equally comfortable chatting or not. Great price for the skill of the barbers.It’s my new go-to barbershop and I get haircuts every two weeks.

I am very impressed with this business. In my opinion, it is not easy to find a decent barber shop in Portland. Most are either expensive, don’t listen to the customer, have rude/awkward personalities, or are inconsistent at best. Over the 6 years I’ve lived here I’ve tried a different barber/stylist each year, and none of them have achieved such a high level of service and quality. All the barbers are welcoming, give a great cut, hold friendly conversation, and all for a more than reasonable price. I hope this shop stays in business for a long time because they deserve it more than their competition.
