Went in for a redo a week past the 7 days normally allowed. I had called within the 7 days however and told them I wouldn't be able to make it in for a while because of with. They believed me in the store despite not having anything to go on but my word. The person who cut my hair was thorough and attentive and did a great job.

i signed up online about an hour in advance. appointment began promptly and the hair dresser was friendly, professional, and gave me exactly the haircut i came for (angled bob). never been disappointed with service at this location.
