Reconstruction was done on my apt. On the property I live at. Sheetrock work was done everything was to be covered with plastic, Sadly it was a mess everywhere, my clothes in the closet are covered with this material. In the bathroom which they did use my bathroom door was closed I closed it an I'm a female so no toilet seat up. I purposely left it closed and covered. Not found that way. You should never leave a .ess like that. SHAME ON YOU.

We recently had Summit come out to do some water mitigation work and they were prompt, professional and had excellent communication throughout. Their account representative Paulina is very personable and clearly values going above and beyond to check-in with her clients as she called me today to ensure that the process had gone smoothly. We will definitely work with you again on future projects.

Supposed to take 3-4 months on a project in my complex. We're on month six and no sign on being done yet. Had made requests to close open gaps in my apartment to not let heat out in winter time only to be ignored and had to be told again. Almost had a gutter land on my head one night becuase they didnt secure it to the wall. They have put notices up on my door for work to be done on my windows, only to have them come in with an electrician and start cutting into my wall. I could go on. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is becuase Derek is a very nice guy and is the only one who is genuine about helping the clients that are living on site.
