Knowledgeable when asking questions and nice to be around. Showed up on time and explained what he's gonna look for and how he rates the stuff he finds. Inspection report was very easy to understand and navigate. Highly recommend and will use for future home purchases!
Charles at Status Inspections is phenomenal. Not only did he come out and give us an in-depth home inspection, including setting up a radon test and a sewer scope, he explained it all in terms that were easy to understand, and then came back out late the second night to install a second radon test, going above and beyond our expectations.
Hey y’all, I gave Charles Kent a 5 star because he did an amazing job and this dude checks everything. To be honest, I don’t even know him and he was referred by my realtor. It was a pleasure meeting him and I’m sure glad he inspected the house we are buying. I just don’t give out 5 stars to anyone when it comes to something this big. Please, if you’re not sure and worrying about someone doing a great job, Charles is your guy.
