Good overall. The Laundromat is large and well lit. There are a couple of drawbacks though. First, the parking availability is woefully inadequate. Second, they allow leashed dogs inside. It often times is busy just after opening and there is a rush to get get access to a machine. Often the employees doing wash service for customers are using a large proportion of available machines. Payment by either coin or card is accepted.

I have been going to Spin for four years now and while I’ve always had a mostly good experience, I have definitely had the best experience over the past few months - year. At times in the past I have felt afraid to ask employees for soap or stamps on my card or for help, but the folks at the Broadway location always make me feel welcome and I see other patrons having a similar experience. The employees at Broadway are not only helpful but kind and welcoming. The crew today (1-19) are some of my favorites and I always know laundry day will be less painful when I see these folks when I walk in. It's a great place to do laundry, they clean their washers multiple times a day so you're not putting your clothes in after a chain smoker with 5 cats ( I can say that because I'm a cat lady ) it's very clean altogether, fun stuff to do, tables & chairs to sit at with your laptop. Bathroom. The parking lot is VERY small & it's really expensive to do your laundry! I think it cost me $34 to do 3-4 loads of laundry but plz don't quote me on that ? it's worth it if you can afford it!
