I had water coming in my basement through a wall. I talked with them about the problem, and it helped me figure out where the water was coming from - solving the problem at zero cost to me.
I had already spoken with a couple waterproofing companies that gave bad advice and would claimed I needed over $8000 worth of waterproofing. So I didn't end up paying Soil Solutions anything, but I will definitely use them if I need to in the future.
The most valuable thing in repair is finding companies that give advice based on what is in you need and not spending a lot of money on things you don't need.
