Rochelle is amazing! I’m a newbie to highlights and salons in general but a friend of mine referred me to Rochelle’s salon after I had a bad first time experience elsewhere. I’m now a devout customer whose stuck with Rochelle for over a year now and I look forward to my regular highlight appointments every 8 weeks. See pics for before and after working with Rochelle.
