My experience with SmartIT Firm has been nothing but positive. As a small business owner I have relied on Eugene to manage the implementation of our secure server and VPN to ensure that we have consolidated file management amongst multiple locations and employees. The quick response to simple and challenging problems has been refreshing and I highly recommend him for projects large and small.

Our firm hired Smart IT after being mistreated by another company. Eugene responded right away to our inquiry and offered to jump in and help pending any agreement. It has been several months now and we continue to receive amazing service. Also we have completely revamped and updated our companies technology needs due to Smart IT's knowledge on how outdated we were. We would recommend Smart IT to fellow firms in a heartbeat.

Smart IT installed a new server for us. Eugene is very knowledgeable, responsive, and strives to plan all projects to support the future needs of our business. I know that other IT companies will give you what you need without planning future network needs. With that said, we paid more upfront but I feel confident that the better system will save us money in the long run. My only complaint is that since it is a small firm, they have not always been available in an emergency but we have always gotten a technician by the next day. I'm sure that this will improve as the business grows.
