Travis, the Sharper Service technician for our district (Newport, OR), was outstanding in handling a major defect in our new Whirlpool top loader. The washer was warped and could not be leveled/stabalized. The chasis (cabinet) had to be replaced. The 1st unit arrived damaged, but the 2nd one worked, and Travis got us up and running. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Appointments were quick and we were kept informed by email and phone during the whole process.
Our experience with Zee and a dryer repair was fantastic! It started with their call center who gave us a two day appointment. Was promised a call before 9am, got it with a two hour window and Zee showed up within that window. He had to order parts which came to the house in two days. We had a Tuesday appointment scheduled but I wrote the company to tell them the parts had arrived on Friday. They wrote back and asked if I'd like a Sunday appointment. We said absolutely. He showed up on Father's Day and fixed the dryer in a very short time. He was friendly, personable and very accommodating. I highly recommend Zee and Sharper Service Solutions.
Sharper service was called from the manufacturer to resolve a dishwasher cracked panel under warranty. They resolved the issue and also investigated the loud whining motor because it squeaked. They diagnosed a bad bearing and approved a new motor under warranty. My dishwasher runs quiet now! I appreciated that they took my complaint as valid issue and solved it so quickly. I resolved to buy another dishwasher in less than 1 year but I thought this was a ridiculous option. I'm so grateful for them and asked for their card to be able to call them in the future for my appliance needs.
