Came quickly and when they said they would. Zach knew what he was talking about. Parts came quickly and they came right away to put in the parts. They worked efficiently with our home warranty. Our issue was with our dryer. I’d definitely recommend them!
Michael was a very professional and polite. he pinpointed the problem Michael is extremely good at his job I will be using them in the future if I have any problems thank you sharper Service Solutions.
Technician was actually early for appointment window but that was OK since this was arranged through Home Depot's extended warranty program. He was polite, knowledgeable and let us know what he was doing as he fixed the washer. He was also respectful of the walls, floors and the other furnishings in the utility room so nothing was chipped or scuffed. Would definitely use again.
