I recently hired Daryl and his team at Secure Seismic to repair the garage foundation on my old house, and I can’t say enough good things about their work. From the beginning, Daryl was professional and took the time to explain the issue and how they’d tackle it. The team was efficient, courteous, and really went the extra mile throughout the entire project.
Not only did they complete the job on time, but they also went above and beyond by taking on some extra work outside of the original scope. Secure Seismic rescued my very, very old garage from falling over. It's so old it's too small for modern cars, but I use it regularly as a workshop and also for storage. It was starting to lean noticeably and I had to resort to using 4x4s as temporary supports. I reached out to Secure Seismic and shared some photos of the problems. Daryl came to look it over, make a plan and discuss costs, following up later with a written plan and estimate. In the end, I couldn't be happier with the work and the way it was done.
