I brought my bunny, Fred, to scales and tails for the first time, and I was so impressed by the level of care, compassion, and thoroughness we received. Fred has been dealing with a stubborn eye issue for a long while, and this is the first time I’ve left an appointment truly feeling hopeful, informed, and supported.

I’ve been through many vets in the years of having animals, and this is the very first time that I feel 100% safe with them.
They are VERY transparent about everything before hand, if you have questions they answer asap even on days they are closed (if emergency) They are very friendly, VERY thorough with checking everything your baby may need.
My bearded dragon suddenly got very sick and they got her in faster than I expected honestly. You can tell how much they love and care about the animals and their jobs. I was leaving for a week and they rushed my babies medicine so she could have it and not wait until I got back.

I took my ball python here for what turned out to be a respiratory infection, and the care was amazing from start to finish. They explained everything to make the process as easy as possible. When it turned out our snake would need shots over a two week period, they showed me how to do it step by step, and offered to do them for me if I needed help. They also gave us advice on bettering our ball python's environment to help improve his health. Being able to text them for any questions made the process so easy. Really appreciate these guys!!
