I am back working with Tony after a 10 year hiatus and he’s just as tough, passionate and invigorating as I remember. His wide breadth of how to work your muscles for the maximum output with your efforts not only speeds up the process of making you stronger not only physically but mentally too. I just finished 8 session package and immediately signed up for more. In 8 sessions, I lost two sizes and increased my stamina to work full-time, during a house move and kept my sanity during it. There’s no doubt in my mind that the work I put in with Tony once a week (yes, once) has increased the joy I have in my life in every way. He will push you, but you are going to be better for it.
