Thanks to Jess and Sanctuary for an awesome experience! I got my lobes pierced, and it was my first time at Sanctuary. Shop was clean and welcoming, Jess was patient and accommodating and the jewelry selection was great! Communication was top notch, with the price being set and told to me before the piercing began. Quick appointment but not rushed. I would absolutely return!

Jessica is a nice, caring, and skilled piercer who prioritizes customer care and health. I like that the shop is bright, clean, relatively small, and relaxed. One quibble with the shop overall: if you often routinely make customers with appointments still wait 20-30 minutes (hey, it happens), don't turn around and tell a customer who courteously calls to say they are running 10 minutes late that they will lose their spot if they are more than 10 minutes late. Jessica is the best. I came in for a nose piercing when I was experiencing some neck pain. She had the expertise and foresight to ask if I was getting an MRI, which I was. I had totally forgotten. After already sterilizing the jewelry, she packed up and told me to come back after the MRI. I’m so grateful she thought to ask. She charged me nothing. I came back a few weeks later and we picked up where we left off. The piercing looks great and she gave great after care guidance that took my personal health issues into account.
