Enjoyed my stay here! Quiet (exceptbeing next to the ice machine). The morning view of the river while having coffee on the balcony was recharging!

We had a really enjoyable stay. Our balcony overlooked the Willamette River and we walked each day on the Greenway Trail alongside the river. Our room was nice but the age of the space is starting to show through. The staff was respectful and ready to help as needed. The breakfast was ordinary and the decaf Americano I had was not very good.

No downsides to private retreat in a quiet pocket of PDX on South Waterfront between Rosswood & Tesla - great for those visiting work or loved ones. Take me to the RIVER! (But make it shallow…)
Rooms with wide panoramic windows have suites looking up to the Marquam Nature Park and include upscale Lockwood Rosemary Geranium bath products.
The Mill Cafe & Lounge serves Water Avenue Coffee AM/Churros PM with late-night menu options for night owls. Getting up in the gym (Portland has TOO MANY treats!)
