Literally the best post-construction experience ever!
They built an amazing building, Tiller Terrace, and then went way above and beyond with follow up!
Every single new construction I have worked at, the builder vanished after TCO.
Not R&H! They have been so supportive and amazing with every little warranty request and made this process a dream.
I’ve never worked with a construction company that has been so committed to making everything perfect.
Every employee has been responsive, transparent, and absolutely wonderful to deal with.
Cannot recommend them enough!

I work in an office building built by R & H Construction. It’s a nice building—LEED certified in 2010–but the ventilation system for the elevator mechanical room is insufficient leads to fumes emanating into the nearby spaces. The current building owner and my currently employer have been unable to correct the issue for 6+ months. Finally had to give my notice…this place literally stinks.

Called in a reckless driver and they took immediate action to ensure safety of other drivers. I appreciate their kind and understand staff and the VP is to be praised for his quick responses. I'd recommend these guys just based off of customer service. Thank you!
