Don't make a mistake like I did and shop based on price, because 20 years later we are still fixing that mistake but thanks to Pure Floors they look great. We have reclaimed hickory from 100 year old Church and LOVE the look but chose poorly when picking an installer, so the floor gaps panelized, however, Chris from Pure Floors helped resolve the impact from that. Bottom line; GREAT communication and what little concern came up, they jumped on it quickly, meaning resolved within an hour. So so happy, only wish I hired them when we built the house, because the quality of work has exponentially made up for the slightly higher price from cheapest quote.
I called here to get some help with resurfacing my concrete floors and Jesse answered the phone. He guided me through all the steps to get my problem fixed. I just have to say... Wow! You don't get customer service like this anymore. He was super friendly and willing to help. Thanks again
